About This Project

This was a renovation of a half of a 1981 Duplex. For the Clients we designed a custom Kitchen that opened up the overall Kitchen, including

  • Many hidden built-in cabinets and organizers
  • Built-in Purse and Umbrella storage near the Entry
  • Closet Doors matched to the Millwork for a seamless look
  • Induction Cooktop with pop-up Hood Fan
  • Multiple Appliance Bays
  • New Azek Polymer Front & Back Decks
  • Mitsubishi Heat Pump for heating and cooling with a HEPA filter to improve indoor air quality, especially useful during the fire season
